"Good chicken, but is anyone else noticing the prices?"
The chicken still tastes good and I’ve always liked it, but lately the prices feel like they’ve gone up quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just me, but it’s starting to feel a little pricey for what you get.

"Clean enough, but could use a bit more attention"
I stopped by KFC after work, and umm, the food was totally fine, no real complaints there. It was just the dining area that felt a little off to me.
A few tables still had crumbs on them, and some spots were kind of sticky. The bin area was a bit messy too, although I did notice the staff cleaning here and there while I was there, so it wasn’t terrible.
The bathrooms were okay, but they probably could be checked more often. Overall, not a bad visit or anything, but the place could definitely feel cleaner with a little more attention.

"Rewards are just kind of disappointing"
The food is fine, but the rewards on kfc.com just barely work for me. Promos will show up, then disappear when I get to checkout, or they’ll suddenly say they’re not available. It’s just annoying when you place an order thinking you’re going to save a few bucks and then you don’t

Ordered from kfc.com and the food was alright, but had a missing drink in my order. Reached out to customer service and took a while to hear back. They did fix it in the end, just wasn’t exactly quick.

"Pretty decent, but my order wasn’t quite right"
I ordered through kfc.com, and to be fair, the food got here on time, which I appreciated. Compared to some other fast food deliveries I’ve had, at least it didn’t show up cold or super late.
The order was almost right, but they missed one of my sides and sent the wrong drink. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still annoying since I paid for everything and was looking forward to what I actually picked.
The food itself tasted like regular KFC, and the chicken was good. I’d probably order again, but I just wish they were a little more careful checking the bag before sending it out.

"Portions have gotten way too small"
I ordered from kfc.com, the pieces were like really tiny. The fries were only about half full too, which was kind of annoying. The food tasted okay, I guess, but for the price, it just really doesn’t feel worth it anymore. Overall, yeah, it was disappointing

"Delivery is kinda always late"
I ordered from kfc.com and the delivery took way longer than expected again. The app said it would be about 35 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 90. By the time the food got here, it was cold, and the driver info kept changing, which was kinda frustrating. I don’t really feel like I can rely on their delivery, so I probably won’t order that way again.
